Crystal is an excellent realtor. We were very specific as to the type of home we wanted and the area where we want to live. She was very, very patient with us and worked with us for 2 years before we found our new home. We were never mislead and she would explain unfamiliar features in homes we viewed. Very knowledgeable. She would even give us ideas about selling our current home even though it was in another city and she didn't list it. We had two months in which to find, negotiate, settle, and move into a new home. We have a special needs child and other complications which limited the types of properties that would work. And we were in Texas! Crystal listened to our needs, took notes on some of our more specific concerns and potential barriers and said she was 99% sure she could have us in a house that ticked all of our boxes on our very short timeframe. In less than a week later I was on a plane to go look at houses.
